SmartSense VISION

Connect directly to the data projector to display student data. The VISION is an all-in-one mobile device that makes collecting and analyzing data easy for everyone. The VISION has a full-color, touch-screen display and uses SmartSense Software that looks and acts like the PC version. The intuitive nature of the VISION allows teachers to stop teaching which button to press (and which menu to go to) and focus on learning science and math.
The VISION graphic datalogger can connect directly to a data projector or computer monitor for displaying teacher or student data. View data in real-time or view and analyze data that has been saved to the VISION. The VISION also has a USB port for connecting a mouse, keyboard, printer, or thumb drive for saving data. Files that are saved to the VISION can be opened in the PC version of the SmartSense Software that is available as a free download.
The VISION datalogger has four (4) ports for connecting any of our over 40 sensors. All of our sensors are auto-identified when plugged in and most are auto-calibrated to save you the time and frustration of calibrating sensors. Collect data at rates up to 50,000 samples a second. Many Vernier sensors can also be used with the VISION using our Vernier Adapter.
BATTERY LIFE: The VISION touch-screen graphic datalogger runs on a lithium-ion rechargeable battery that can last the full classroom day of collecting and analyzing data. It can also run for up to 14 days on a single charge in while recording continuous data over time.
VERSATILITY: The VISION can operate as a stand alone device, connected to the computer as a traditional datalogger, or connected directly to a data projector for displaying and analyzing data.
